      If I could have commented on this Federal Credit Union without any star I definitely would have left the star out. This place was so rude, no help whatsoever, obviously either their employees or that location wasn't following code and procedures. Being a member of A federal credit union, I had to contact them to complain and ask them for help. I was told that every fcu works work each other, they're a branch system, and she was disgusted about the way we were treated from this local fcu, that she put it in the system with a note as well. Someone from HR needs to evaluate this fcu. I will never go there again, I will just have to travel out of my way about 40mins to Houma or Thibodaux to another fcu when I need to go into a branch for things I can't do online.
