would give NO Stars if it was available! Customer service is horrible. You can leave a message, because they NEVER answer the phone, and they still do not call you back. How can this business claim to care about putting the customer first and following through on warranties. They don’t. They came to my house twice to look at the wood flooring that was lifting throughout the house, because they lost the paperwork the first time. I filed my claim with Meritage Homes in time, it was approved and I was left to deal with the contractor myself so Meritage could close out the claim. What! It’s been three plus months and I can’t get Weisenbaker to call me back. I left a message with Meritage and no call back. What is the deal with these businesses. This is ridiculous. My Attorney will reach them next.
