  BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! TONY HERNANDEZ from this company was the worst person to deal with. His lack of communication alongside my realtor Glorisselle Montalvo's lack of communication cost me a higher price to lock my rate. Tony, Glorisselle, and Maronda Homes ALL attempted to bully, intimidate, and harrass me into staying with RMC Mortgage since they're Maronda's preferred lender. It was a fight and a battle but I was able to get a loan with MY preferred lender Rocket Mortgage who I recommend a thousand percent. I felt like RMC tried to entrap me. It leaves a lot to be said about the integrity and honesty of their practices when they have someone like Tony Hernandez working here and treating clients the way I was. Once again, save yourself a lot of headaches and stress and DO NOT GET TRAPPED BY THEIR "BUYER INCENTIVE CREDITS" because they are NOT WORTH IT. They will end up COSTING MORE....IT'S A SCAM!!
