  We were in escrow a year ago on a property in Sonoma county,CA. On the last day the underwriter decided they would not except my wife’s income from her in home day care business. We were devastated to say the least. We actually gave up our dream of home ownership. Almost a year later we decided to try again but locally. We decided to try several different lenders this time and Daniel was actually referred to us by my wife’s brother. He had just purchased a home and said we should give Daniel a call. The thing is, Daniel was a lender in Arizona. We had been told that sellers and realtors prefer to work with local lenders. However the local lenders couldn’t do much for us. Daniel on the other hand not only got us approved but he got us approved for much more and it was a underwritten approval. I spoke with Daniel and even surprisingly got to meat him. I explained our last experience and he promised he would not let that happen to us again. If he couldn’t help us he would let us know right from the start. Daniel understood my desire to provide my wife and kids a home and a future. He was so easy to work with and a straight shooter. He made our dream of home ownership a reality. Out of state in all! He had our deal done in two weeks and had our realtor and the sellers realtor trying to keep up. I wouldn’t think twice about working with him again in the future. Dan is the man! If he can’t do it, no one can! Thank you brother for keeping it real and making it happen!
