      We purchased our third home with Rob and his team last year.       Hannah from the The Home Loan Expert was a great team member to work with. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and NEVER at any point made me feel less than super important. She answered all my questions and made every effort to make the process as easy as possible. She probably gets the same questions all the time, but she answered my questions like it was the first time answering them (with kindness and understanding that I am not an expert in this process). If I had a few more Hannah’s in my line of work my job would be way easier. I may need her to teach a seminar on how to interact with customers on multiple different communication platforms. Side note: talking with our realtor we got a great interest rate even with the recent spike. This team is really good at what they do.
