If you want an agent who will listen to your needs and adapt to them - look elsewhere. Swanson is only intereted in getting you in to tell you HIS plan. If you want to buy a property for a rental, he will show you places you wouldn´t want to live in yourself and tell you "well, its only for a rental, right?" This guy is bad news from start to finiah. He is the hard sell contest winner of the Conejo. For your own good, run away from his Co.as fast as you can!
