  My husband and I have used Robins Federal CU for years now and we only use this location to do any banking. This is the first time in a couple of years I've had to go in the bank do complete any business in a while. In the past everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. My husband called for me and found out that they do medallion signatures which we needed for my Dad's estates since he has passed and I've been helping my Mom. He was told that yes they do and I needed to go online and make an appointment. So, I did and picked the Medallion or notary option for my reason along with a comment explaining I was coming in for a medallion signature for that my mom needed. My mom and I get there for our appointment and the girl at the front, who wasn't overly friendly, said it would be the branch manager that would have to do it. The branch manager came out to let us know she was ready and instead of greeting us she said I have a phone appointment at 3...she seemed to have an attitude and acted like she didn't want to help us at all. I told her that I had made an appointment online for a medallion signature and had explained it was for my mom. She would not look at me and asked if we had the documents we needed and then she let me know that since my mom isn't an account holder that she couldn't help us. That part is fine and my husband should have been more specific when he called and not to mention my phone number was listed if they wanted to ask any questions before I came. The reason for this long review is because I am in customer service and I am always happy to help every single one of my customers and would never be rude to any of them even when I'm having a horrible day. That is never okay and never acceptable.

  just go to Macon by far the most incompetent office robins has. Staff are slow and have no desire to do there job or to help anyone. waited about a hour standing in the lobby before I went back up to the teller and she had said to sign in on the kiosk after I was never instructed ONCE to do so. If the manager of this store or any higher up is reading this you should be absolutely ashamed of your branch.
