      We ( my wife and I) went to ROBSON RANCH in Eloy on February 9th ( Sunday) at about 12:30. We took the tour of the facility and fell in love with the the place. WE WERE GIVING THE SALE PITCH BY A GENTLEMAN NAMED GLENN. AFTER THE TOUR WE SAT DOWN AND STARTED THE PAPERWORK TO BUY A HOME .WE WERE TOLD THAT WE HAD TO PUT DOWN $15000 to start the process ,which we did. We were told by GLENN THAT IT WAS NONREFUNNABLE . AFTER WE GOT HOME WE HAD SECOND THOUGHTS ABOUT IT SO ON WEDNESDAY (February 12th) less then 3 days later ,we went back to tell the manager. Jason that we had changed our mind and ask if we could get out of the contract, he said he would in to it but said the money was NONREFUNNABLE. But said he would try ( our point was we understand but it had only been 3 days and that we were willing to pay a portion of the $15000) we feel the full amount is not fair given that it was such a short time frame (PLEASE FOLLOW UP ON THIS )I FEEL THAT IF WE HAD WAITED A WEEK OR MORE THEN WE WOULD NOT HAVE AN ARGUMENT IN THIS MATTER
