      Working with Robyn (and Shay) was great. Robyn was usually busy, but always seemed to be attentive. She was good at emailing and then text/calling if I hadn't followed up, which helped me keeps things moving. She worked to get me the best numbers, and helped me out along the way when I had questions. I would definitely recommend using her if you are buying a home or another other loan situations. It was my first time buying a home and she helped it go smoothly from the loan end.

      I highly recommend Robyn at Prime Lending! I just purchased my first home. She and Shay, her colleague, were patient with me, explained everything, and helped me through a particularly difficult purchase. Robyn went the extra mile for me, advocating for the seller to pay for my rate lock extension when they had to delay closing, providing me with a ton of local advice about everything from furniture stores to retirement homes and so much more. The seller was trying to pressure me to use their preferred lender and get a discount on closing costs, but I knew early on I wanted to go with Robyn and team. Absolutely no regrets. Thank you!!
