  I seriously don't know where to start. The application process for the refinance of my auto and home were both quick and easy. Questions were answered right away. Helpful and friendly.

  I have been with Rock Valley FCU for over 15 years. They are ok with regular deposits/withdrawals and car loans. The things most banks are pretty good at. If you need help beyond that, expect excuses on why they won't be able to do anything to help you. I have needed help twice and each time was directed to figure it out myself. Edit: I continue to have issues after I discovered that my address wasn't changed somewhere in their system. I have been using my new zip code to verify my accounts for a couple years and it always goes through without a problem. After figuring it out on my own because their customer service couldn't be bothered I just had a package ship to the old address because I selected to use the billing address as the shipping address. So even though I went in and manually changed it on the website (because the app is basically useless) I need to either drive an hour to my old address and hope to get my package or spend hours on the phone with customer service about my package (knowing they will say there isn't anything they can do). Thanks RVCU! At least I know I can always count on you to be more trouble than your worth.
