      Great bank! I have had an account here for 20 + years . Everyone one is helpful, and kind. I get all my loans though RFCU with no problem, & with a great interest rate.

      Employees are incredibly rude to talk with. Some of the lady's at the window are wonderful, but anyone “higher up” is terrible to deal with and just act entitled… Never had a credit union as badly organized or as rude as the employees here. Avoid this bank and take your business down the street.
