      There have been many mistakes recently on my account and my son's account. Including putting the wrong name on my son's new account. I have made several trips to the branch to fix mistakes. I have made a review in the past and I am posting a new review. I went to the bank on 2/21/22 because a fraudulent charge is pending in one of my accounts. The website stated that the bank in Sandwich was open. So, I went there today at 11:00 in the morning to find that my Sandwich branch is closed because they are having lunch from 11-2!!!!!! 4 hours of lunches!!!!!!! This branch was closed all during Covid. Now they are closed for a 4 hour lunch?? I thought a bank branch had to get FDIC permission to close???!!!! I then went home and called the branch and they did not even look at my account. She told me they could not do anything unless the charge cleared my account! So, I called the 1-800 number and was told that it would be more than a half hour wait on the phone to get a representative. Terrible customer service and questionable banking ethics. Time to close my accounts!!!!!!!

      For one, this branch is still open. Two, Ludmilla is the worst. She cannot do anything right. I honestly can't see how she even got a job there.
