      Switched from Bank 5(Nasty Bank) in Swansea to this Rockland Trust Branch in Somerset. "Night and day". Rockland has the nicest tellers and less fees. Banks should take notice! Customers don't want to be greeted with a dry sense of humor or occasional attitude at their financial institution. Rockland Trust- Great Job! ****Update- 8/20/2020**** After being with rockland close to 2 years I had to reduce my rating to 3 stars simply because they do nothing for your business. They didn't try to help me with the PPP process and I ultimately was able to get a disaster loan through citizens bank. No credit, no nothing from rockland for my business in close to 2 years. I will be closing this account and moving over to citizens where I feel I will be better prepared for my business needs. People at rockland are generally good people just not interested in helping small businesses succeed. ***Update 1/1/2021***** Reduced to 1 star. Once again by appointment only due to the Covid nonsense and also continuing issues using my bank debit card and ACH services online, I am completely exhausted with this bank. I'm not going to sit on the phone every time I need to use my card or ACH, online. We all order online these days and this bank makes it painful!! Tellers and staff are great. Tech side is horrible!!! TO THE CORPORATE OFFICERS- YOUR BANK SUCKS!!!
