      Perfectly happy with prior bank before these big shot bozos took over........seemingly simple things in this day and age like direct account to account deposits without involvement of a check is stone age. Differering answers between local branch employee, customer service phone employee and customer service online employee- 3 different answers. Ready to close accounts here.

      Horrible! Don’t listen to the “where every relationship matters” it’s wrong! I spend 1/2 hour on the phone for them to help me with my situation, and they refused. They don’t care about there customers. They lost me! I will be taking my money to unibank. Just as well I was driving 30 mins to the closest bank for that tells you that they can’t make new banks closer to other people. I have a unibank in my town. I will stop promoting them too! They don’t need customers! Leave them!
