  Have never had a bad experience in the Randolph branch. On the contrary, the associates are a throwback to a time when you were greeted by name and made to feel very valued when going to your bank. One instance in particular stands out. My elderly mother in law, who was unable to drive at the time, got a phone call from one of the ladies from the bank. This dedicated employee drove to my mother in laws house (on her lunch) to get a signature and some paperwork to finish a transaction that was incomplete. They have always treated us very well.

  The branch at Randolph is decent some friendly workers or they seem to try but my review is of there Rockland Trust Credit Card NEVER GET ONE! I was gonna close the account and they said if you don't close it we will give you a $25 statement credit sounds good right just for keep the account open? Yeah right I called over 5 times nobody knows what I am talking about I bought 2 items with the card one I returned one I kept every time I call you returned something you don't have enough points for the $25 dollar credit long wait times rude reps on the phone and they won't apply the statement on this billing cycle have to wait until next month I may make one more purchase over $25 to get credit statement I WILL NEVER USE THE CREDIT CARD AGAIN AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND NEVER NEVER OPEN ANOTHER CREDIT CARD WITH THEM !!!!!
