      Amazing service navigating a VA backed purchase in Ann Arbor. Was told repeatedly by sellers that the market was too hot for a VA loan so I should pivot to conventional to be more "competitive". Rocky and his team held firm and got me into an awesome home at a fantastic rate. Rocky kept me up to date on every part of the process and helped me navigate any potential problems early and without difficulty. Rocky got me a fabulous VA loan and I couldn't be happier with it! First-time home buyers have loved this because Brian will answer all their questions, before they ask them! .
