  The first and most important thing I would say is that this Branch seems to have wonderful people, who are courteous, and on top of things. A young lady who simply goes by "K" helped me in the Drive-Thru, and even though she only sees me once a month, she always remembers me, and she asks about my medical condition, and wishes me well every time. People always complain when things are wrong but when someone is considerate, and diligent and concise at what they do it needs to be mentioned as well. Thank you "K" ! I used this branch for the first time a couple months ago. I went there because my credit union has a inter branch cooperation that lets you use other credit unions to do your banking. The reason I can't go to my branch is because they're only in Colorado Springs. I'm up in Denver because my doctor is here, and also there is a volunteer house that keeps me isolated, so I don't catch covid. Having lupus I am at more risk. I mention all this because through a hospitals error in Colorado Springs, and a bad doctor in Denver, I lost an eye and my other one was damaged as well. I was having all kinds of problems trying to fill out stuff as this was a new condition. K was wonderful to me and helped me figure out everything, and showed me how to make things easier in the future. This is an old company email, so I'm signing it so people who helped me will know who I am. Thank you! Charles
