      Quite helpful, yet still wanting detail info on debit cards and there transactions.

      Nothing but bad service. Even after banking with them for years, they want to hold a large cashier's check for 7 business days! On top of that, have had managers refuse to file transaction disputes, which is illegal, and had said managers accuse ME of perpetrating said fraud on my own account. And apparently when accusing their own customers of fraud is the only time they have any balls. Because rather than say my credit score wasn't good enough for a car loan, they said they didn't finance vehicles. only to find out much later, they absolutely DO finance vehicles. The ATM machines also like to eat cash which you will not only never get back, you will never hear from them in regards to it. However, if you like waiting in long lines for the simplest of banking services, a great place to bank!

      I love the team there. Sure, there are new ones cycling thru but hey! I need to train them and give them as much grace as I would want back. But do us a favor...get the coffee back ASAP!
