Well I haven't been in their store in a really long time however when I had some stuff in loan there they were amazing. A few times I had to be late with my payment and they didn't charge me a late fee as long as I called ahead of time they were willing to work with me. Honestly much rather deal with her than one of those chain pawn shops that don't care

Most of the guitars are broken and over priced. The hand tools are priced at just below New prices for old worn out equipment thats missing parts. I have no idea how someone can call this store a 5 star experience with such incredibly rude staff and filthy unorganized store. The lady that works there pays more attention to the dog than anything and has set the standard for a cold and classless personality. There really is no reason I can think of to ever go back.

Hi Dan. We let our customers try out the guitars before purchasing them. I don't recall you trying out a guitar. When was the last time you were in the store? As for our tools, we price them half or less of what they sell for new, depending on what shape they are in. We have been in business for 34 years. We wouldn't be able to be, pricing items at garage sales prices.
