      My husband and I have truly had such a terrible experience with Rose Mortgage. After giving them several chances we finally decided to switch to another loan mortgage company. We were working with Arcy and it did not seem to us that we were at all a priority to her. She was always late to provide us with information, always busy and unable to speak to us, and never returned our calls. I even tried speaking to the manager who would not hear me out about what terrible service we were receiving, instead he transferred me to Arcy who I absolutely did not want to do business with anymore. The entire process was very slow and they just were not helpful to us. At times it seemed like she was in a bad mood or was unhappy or even frustrated when doing her work. It was just really really bad customer service and I DEFINITELY would not recommend them to anyone! Save yourself time and money! One star is not even deserved to them.
