To Whom It May Concern, My name is Tracy Greico and I have been a customer of NYCB/Roslyn Savings for about 20 years. Recently, my debit card expired and I was not notified by the bank (mail or otherwise). I went into the West Babylon branch and was taken care of by Anna the customer service agent that is stationed there. Anna is a very warm and caring individual who took care of the situation and ordered me a new debit card. Anna was kind, courteous, and was very apologetic. I was supposed to be called by the bank when my card arrived (approximately 10 business days). The bank did not call and it was longer than 10 days, so I decided once again to go to the branch. Once again I was serviced by Anna. My card was at the bank, but I never received the call. Once again, Anna came to the rescue. Normally, under the circumstances when a business does not conduct themselves professionally, I loose my patients, but Anna has such a WONDERFUL disposition and kind nature, I could not be angry with her or the bank. You are EXTREMELY fortunate to have a customer service agent such as Anna. She took the time and helped me to set my new pin number and correct a bad situation. Please make sure that when considering raises and promotions you consider Anna. She is an asset and has qualities that make her an outstanding employee. Tracy Greico

I have recently moved into West Babylon and the 1st day I walked into the bank I was talking to Barbara and Anna and immediately they helped with everything and treated me like family it's a wonderful feeling to walk into a place were people treat you like they know you a long time they are wonderful ladies and have gone above and beyond for me and any help that I needed they were there for me thank you so much Barbara and Anna for all your help It's truly a pleasure to walk into that bank
