If I could give Ross and his team more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve have been in communication with Ross for about a year waiting for my home to be built. He has always responded to my needs and crazy questions I’ve come up within what seems like minutes. He is patient and kind and will always pick up the phone and call you to help you understand things better. He has coached me on the process numerous times with grace. He is also very honest and will not steer you down a path with no good ending. I will recommend him to everyone and will definitely use his services again. Thanks Ross!
