  I worked with Dean Kossaras and he is amazing and helped me turn my whole credit situation around in just a few months. He walked me through the entire process and helped me change my financially situation. He played a crucial role in essentially changing my life and i can't thank and recommend him enough.

  So I was referred to them by a good friend. He was thrilled with his process. Couldn't say enough good things. My process however is the complete opposite. Avoid Ross Mortgage and avoid Dean. Seriously. He is supposed to be the branch manager but this being my first home I HAD TO ASK him about different mortgage options. His processor is not very efficient, she supposedly has 20 years experience but will forget to ask you for different documents along the way, dragging things out even more. When you call her out on it she acts as though it's your fault. Dean will come to her rescue and tell you she's the best and how wonderful she is and how hard they are working. That's a lie, she held onto to my papers for about a week, before doing anything with them. I'm sure they'll insist it's my fault again or say she's just so busy. I sincerely doubt it. Also Dean will not answer phone calls or emails from your agent. If you decide to go with them BE WARNED. If I didn't know any better I'd think this was their first mortgage. Unbelievably horrible first time home buying experience. THANKS GUYS! NEVER WILL I BE BACK OR MAKE ANY REFERRALS. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else, save yourself the hassle! Saving a 'few' percentage points is not worth it. Had it not been so far into the process I'd take my business elsewhere!
