  Sold my mortgage the day after closing on my home. Was given recommendations for a home inspector and was completely screwed. I don't even think FHA did a walk through as there were several violations upon moving in. In 5 months i have paid for electrical updates, roofing updates, new garbage disposal, sewer and plumbing problems. The seller Michelle Oseland flipped the house with her husband and they did horrible work. House is nothing but a headache. Inspector, keller Williams and the seller were all in on this deal and it shows, weeks after buying my home the seller started working at keller Williams coincidence i don't believe so.They claimed many things in the house were new but upon further review they lied. I wouldn't do business with Kellar Williams or Ross Mortgage ever again. I tried reaching out to these companies to no avail.

  I am a first time home buyer, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Dione Oliver and Cindy Langston went absolutely above and beyond to ensure I was able to close within the timeframe needed. They worked tirelessly, and were always available when I needed them. They are both so organized and professional. The fact that they both also shared in my excitement when everything went through was so wonderful. Hands down the best costumer service I have ever experienced. Thank you!!!
