      Shady!!!! Quote unquote "we had to lower the seller concessions to meet your 1% contribution" the same day I closed and didn't find out this information until signing off at closing. This was done without my consent. No one notified me I had to quickly email my loan officer while going through all the paperwork. Then they sold my mortgage off to another company immediately within less than 30 days.
