  The absolutely worst company I have ever experienced. My Mother’s original loan company transferred to this company after Notification of her death. Long story short she was in a terrible home fire that took her life and left the home completely destroyed. I have been calling Freedom Mortgage every other day to become authorized on the account since I have certified court documents granting me access to all her assets . And NOTHING. The customer service agents do what they can but the other depts are dragging their feet. They can’t send a simple email for the documents needed for account authorization. I’ve sent in everything I believe they should need to get the process going and still nothing. I can not make a payment, I can’t fix the house , I can’t get the title for the home which is entitled to me. This is very frustrating. People pass away everyday and this company needs better policies or a whole new team to handle such affairs. Once my name is on that account this company can kiss my service goodbye.
