  Absolutely disappointed with Freedom Mortgage and my experience with them. They failed to do their part as promised and discussed and my fiancé and our 3 daughters were left to find a hotel for the Labor Day weekend on short notice with a large moving truck that was supposed to be delivered to our new home on our move in day. Instead we spent over $700 on hotel accommodations $300 on finding a storage to store our belongings and then another $200 to rent another moving truck to take out belongings to our home when they finally decided to process our funds on the following Tuesday. If that’s not the worst part I called starting at 9am trying to figure out when we would get out keys and no one in their office knew what the hell was going on with my transaction. My family is expecting to get reimbursed for their negligence as we had to borrow money for this unexpected and awful experience. My mother in law whom is also purchasing a home with the same builder refuses to use their firm as she is also disgusted with how we were treated and she refuses to be treated the same way. No referrals from me nor my family to this company.

  Karen Lane at Freedom Mortgage worked so hard for me. There were some issues based on little known Fannie Mae guidelines that Karen worked through with her underwriting team very efficiently. She also kept me very well informed throughout the process.
