      By far the best home buying experience we have ever had. Don Petty and his team are the consummate professionals and kept us updated throughout the loan process. We had a simultaneous home closing with the sale of our home and purchase of the new home both VA loans, and we closed both just as scheduled.       I call them to help me with to refinance to lower interest. and I spoke with David Derreck. he was very unprofessional because he started the process but never follow up with me on how things are going. I call him back and leave a couple of messages asking to let me know the status on the application but no response or call back from him. it had passed 4 weeks and I haven't hear nothing from him. very disappoint because freedom has carry my loan for many years and was satisfied with them until now.
