      Good Day Mrs Bashaw, I am sorry for any confusion on the market report I sent over for Lakes and Meadows home. I did provide a price range in the report and I apologize for not communicating better. I should have been more clear on this topic. The $155k is the price I recommend for the current condition of the property. We provide a price range on our market analysis and discuss in further details how a seller can increase the value and potential sales price of their home. I like to sit down and discuss the report in full detail, but at the time you were on vacation when I emailed the report. I wish you would have contacted me for further clarification before leaving a 3 star review. I tried calling you back yesterday and left a VM but you did not return my phone call, so I decided to reply to your review at this time. I hope you will reconsider the 3 star review you left on my Google page...? My phone is always on and here to help in answering questions.
