With all the banks your building you would think you would have enough people to answer phones without being on hold for 30 min. or without having a call back. I have time to talk when I call not whenever someone gets around to calling me back. Terrible customer service.

Very very friendly staff. I really can't find anything I can complain about regarding this branch. Clean, helpful, they even have cookies from time to time. Oh yes, one thing they need to install is public restrooms. Other than that I love the place !
