I bought a car from someone who paid off their loan at RCU. RCU was supposed to mail me a new title right away. After 4 attempts of contacting them to see where it was, they finally sent in the order to print it. Multiple people, multiple times said they would get it taken care of and did nothing at all. It's hard to believe an institution like this credit union could be so careless and thoughtless with someones time and property. If you care about actual customer service and results instead of a big name and smile, go anywhere else. This was a company vehicle, so it has costed me thousands in wasted time and down an extra vehicle.

Was lied to when I was told I would be emailed information about refinancing something. No correspondence from said rcu employee 5 days after said action. Seems to have made false offers to secure my financing. Will not finance through rcu again
