      We have two 2015 Outbacks approaching 120,000 mi. The guys at Mavis in Ithaca told me that if (beyond routine maintenance) I needed experienced, trustworthy techs to do bigger jobs and assess whether we should keep our cars----then I should go to Royal and see a couple of techs they named. We have not been disappointed. Diagnosing a problem with road tests was helpful. And recently, a crack was discovered in a part Royal installed and it caused a leak. A replacement part would take some time to find. The recommendation was to not drive the car. We were about to take it on a trip to Cape Cod. Royal provided a loaner and the repair was made while we were away.

      Bought my new car from there today. Ciara was a total pleasure to work with. She was very friendly, pressure free and very attentive all my questions and needs. Chris the sales manager got me a great number on my trade, and I could tell he wanted to make sure I had a great experience. And Michelle, the business manager was able to save me a lot of time and money on the financing by beating out my banks rate. It was a very quick, friendly, no-nonense, money saving experience! Ask for Ciara if you want to have the best car buying experience!

      With the understanding of not being able to get parts in a timely manner, it still took way too long. The body shop said the car would be completed by the Friday before Memorial Day and it was not. Then we were told by end of day the following Tuesday and it was not. It wasn't done until nearly a week after we were told it would be done and the person in the body shop gave my wife the biggest attitude. We have been customers for over 10 years, once the lease is over one this car, we will not be back.
