  Michele helped me refinance a condo in Newport Beach as well as purchase another home in Ventura County. She was knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, helpful, and always immediately picked up the phone anytime I called with questions. I couldn't recommend working with her enough. She made a seemingly stressful and complicated process easier than I ever could have imagined.

  Michelle offers incredible customer service, and under her guidance, we were assisted with our every need. Her team is top notch and on the ball. Very organized, polite, and in-sync with one another, which is so important when there are so many pieces and parts of the loan process. If you are juggling work, parenthood, purchase of a new home and all the other things crazy things going on in life, we highly recommend Michelle at RPM to help you with the loan process. She's the best.

  For those reading this review in the future, know that buying a home in 2021 was anything BUT easy. There are few life events as big as buying your first home, and with that comes a lot of stress. Thankfully, Michele was there to make the financing side of things streamlined and simple. She was always there to answer a question or to put together a pre-approval, and she was great at walking a first-timer through all of the details and options available. In such a competitive market, having someone local and positively recognized goes a long way in where you end up in the sorting pile of offers. Although it took quite a few unsuccessful offers before one finally stuck, Michele remained constantly available over months and months and was always willing to go above and beyond for me. When an offer finally was accepted, Michele made sure my loan closed ahead of schedule during a time when other lenders were struggling to commit to timelines 50% longer. The whole process was so positive and smooth, I wouldn't hesitate to use Michele again for my next home. I have already recommended her to friends and colleagues and figured I should recommend her to strangers on here, too!
