We met with Nicole before even starting to look for a house and I can honestly say that reviewing our financial situation with her was what made us feel ready to buy. Prior to that I don't think we really understood what we could afford or the loan options available. We found a house quickly and Nicole walked us through every step of the process. We were out of town (and the country) during much of the loan process and she was patient and available whenever we were. Getting a loan can definitely be a stressful process. Things popup that are totally out of your control and it can be tough to manage all of the documents and paperwork. I'm SO thankful I had Nicole on my side. She was always responsive (early morning, late nights) and worked so hard to make sure I got my loan approved on time. My loan certainly wasn't straight forward (gift funds, odd sources of income, ect) and she made sure that everything got done by the end. Can't thank her enough!
