      I thought they did not report to the credit bureau but I was wrong. They do indeed. My apologies.

If you are in fact having issues with equifax please call the office to confirm all information on file is accurate and please shave a manager follow up with equifax to see if there may be an issue. This is something that should be fairly easy to figure out.
