  He always very good at figuring out challenging loans to make sure they close. Especially good with FHA and VA loans and getting them approved. So any first time homebuyer he is the go to loan officer.

  I was very upset with my conversation with them yesterday. First we found them as a listing agent for fha/203k loans which is what I'm interested in. I chose this company from the others because of the convenience of them having a location in 'DORAL." YES PLEASE EXAGGERATE THE DORAL. Like full house chick says "how rude." First a lady calls me ok start a convo fine but she tells me she is in ft. Lauderdale I said oh no I need someone in the DORAL location. She said oh ok yes I'll find you someone in Doral. Also asked if I could speak to someone who spoke English. Not in offense because I speak spanish but this is an important contract and we need to understand it all thoroughly which I can do in english. My Spanish isn't the best to understand an important contract. Lady says that's fine. (But I wonder if that's also why I got the treatment I did) which would be uncalled for. Because the right thing to do is handle a contract in the language u understand best. Hense someone who speaks mostly spanish needs to find a professional speaking lender in their language to help them. So they understand what they are signing. Well she transfers me to this guy. Which I said in the first 2 sentences she transferred me to u so I can make an appointment to see someone on Friday in the DORAL LOCATION. Said ok and he kept asking a bunch of questions. Was already feeling like yeah something isn't right didn't feel confident of the person I'm talking to. We get to the end and I mention again about making an appointment to meet in person who will we be working with. What does he say "oh I'm in Ft. Lauderdale." And something about ppl don't meet in person. I was shocked of how I just wasted my time talking to the wrong person only because they chose not to listen to a potential new client. I felt like he was not trying to help us in the conversation like he just didn't care at all. I thought about it over night and we want to buy a home but I will have to go back and find a new company to go through because this one is not for us. I just can't get over that conversation what a horrible first impression. Hey maybe they do good with straight forward people who want in and out of a deal like it's nothing, those who don't really care the process just wham bam and there you go your done. Well I'm feel like that's how it is. I'm only 1 review. But I know they are not for me, I want someone good at the work they do. Someone who wants to help ppl find their dream home. We are going to need help in the process and it might be a bit challenging for us to get everything because I'm disabled and it's not easy to find a home friendly to Disablied. So we need someone who can actually take their time helping us right. I don't see us getting anywhere with them. 😞We were excited about getting the call too. So sad.
