      William Livingston is the rep that helped us and he was so awesome! Answers all our questions! All our water tastes sooooo good! Even from the sink! We're in Jacksonville Florida and the water here is aweful... I'm so thankful for this system!

      This Accounting/Tax Firm has been preparing my tax returns for several years. Four weeks ago, my attorney started to prepare my will, but tax issues were raised. I asked Carrie, Tax Manager, the tax questions and was told that she would get back to me with the answers that same day or the following day. I never heard from her. Since then, I have left six voicemail, email, and text messages to find out the status of the answers to my tax questions. I still did not receive any responses at all; not even an acknowledgement that my messages were received. Four weeks of no responses, I finally received this response, "I have made the decision that I will no longer render my professional services to you as a tax preparer". Neither Carrie nor the two Partners will accept any of my phone calls. This leaves me in a very precarious situation with no will. As this Firm is very unprofessional and unresponsive, I would never recommend them for any professional services in the future.

      Been working with Eric Shivers and his team for years now and they've always been very professional! They take time to make sure all your questions are answered thoroughly, and that your taxes are done accurately and appropriately. They're great for personal, business, and activity-related (real estate, stocks, etc.) tax preparation and filing. They were recommended to me by a reputable bookkeeper and I highly recommend them to you!
