  I had a hard deadline and they rose to the challenge. They were on top of every part of the paperwork and communicated clearly about what was missing and how to get it. This was the first time I’ve had to go through the mortgaging process alone so having a team who “got me” was critical. We closed on the higher end of the Ruoff average but I had several roadblocks. I’m overwhelmed with how well I was treated and the patience shown by Jodi, Kirsten, and Lisa. They answered my questions on weekends and after hours. These incredible ladies didn’t ignore my disabilities and pretend they didn’t exist like so many others. They showed compassion and understanding through the entire process. I thought for sure they were going to walk away when I became overwhelmed with it all and had an outburst but they didn’t. They helped me take a deep breath and then clarified the things that I didn’t understand. I experienced a great personal loss during my financing process and they didn’t pretend like that doesn’t affect the way you process information. They adapted to my grief and helped me keep things on track and in order. If you’re on Social Security and think homeownership is out of reach do not hesitate to contact Jodi and her team. They will get you sorted. Jodi spent a lot of time with me running numbers on many homes within my budget to help me pick the right one even though she’s not a realtor. Being part of that process helped me to fully understand my financial position at closing. Because of her diligence I was able to get the perfect house for me. She even got me an interest rate on the low side of the currently inflated range. If I know or meet anyone looking to buy a home in Columbus or Ohio in general, I’ll be passing on their information.
