  Mark Reyher and Chelsea Lentes did a fantastic job!!! They were timely and responsive to questions and they made the underwriting process seem much easier than it actually was. I believe that their advocacy was a huge part of why this was such a painless process. Highly recommend!!

  I highly recommend Ruoff Mortgage, and specifically, Senior Loan Officer, Mark Reyher. Ruoff uses an app called Loan Butler that makes the home buying process quick and easy. Mark is REALLY good at his job! He kept in touch every step of the way, and anytime I had questions or needed help, he returned my call promptly. He let me know what was in the works, and what to expect next. He always took time to listen and explain, and was kind and encouraging while doing so. He even helped with things that weren't actually his job to help with, in order to keep things moving forward smoothly. He's great with troubleshooting. Chelsea Lentes, Mark's assistant, was wonderful to work with, too! She was happy, welcoming, friendly, and upbeat every time I talked to her. Like Mark, Chelsea was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, and she also took the time to listen and explain when needed. Mark and Chelsea make a great team! I couldn't be happier with my home buying experience.

  If anyone is thinking of buying a home, go see Mark Reyher at Ruoff Mortgage in Terre Haute. He is the best! He handled our loan from the beginning to end. He communicated with me more than any lender ever has before. He made sure to let me know what they needed and went over it with me after he received it to make sure that it was correct. I just can't say enough about how great they are! The best thing is it only took them 14 days to get us closed!! That is unheard of!! It was THE EASIEST AND SMOOTHEST home buying experience that we have ever been through! Over the years we have bought 5 other homes and this was by far the best in every way! Go see Mark Reyher and his assistant Chelsea- you will be so happy that you did!!
