Talked with Jessica in August of 2020 who suggested I just get a better paying job during the midst of covid. Whitney was very nice and helped us work on our credit. But once we were finally approved no one reached out to help guide I. What the next steps were until we were already closing on our house. Highly recommend Laurie over at Interra Credit Union. She kept us well informed and educated about the process.
