The Loan Officer is not a man of his word. He said he'd find answers to my questions and get back to me but didn't. I was a first time home buyer with MANY questions. When I called, he'd text me "I'll call you back," he didn't. I had to get my realtor on his case for him to reply-- but he still hadn't found out the answer to my first question. Thank God for YouTube's help! Then he bullied me into signing documents that were incorrect. He said he would fix it but didn't. But I wanted to say: The assistant was excellent!!! After their survey, Ruoff called to follow-up. I called them back ASAP and left a voicemail 3 days ago. I haven't heard anything more from them. Maybe this is their normal.

Our experience with Jennifer Sheil and her whole team was excellent! They were extremely responsive throughout all the process and make everything look smooth and easy.
