  I am a self employed person, and anyone who puts together a mortgage for a self employed person knows what a nightmare it can be. Trudy was there every step of the way making sure the process was smooth. Thanks Trudy and Ruoff Mortgage for making my life easier and saving me money! Highly Recommended.

  Trudi Parton with Ruoff was amazing! She was a great help in making our first home buying experience as smooth as possible. We had another lender prior to going with Trudi at Ruoff. We'll call them 1stTry Mortgage. We worked with 1stTry for several months trying to get set up to buy a home. When we first applied for a loan we did not qualify for much, but the 1stTry agent was very helpful and specific on what we could do to get qualified for more. After a few months we did it and qualified for more, but that is when we got passed off to another agent at 1stTry and quality went down. It was time to buy and the new agent took weeks before getting me things I needed. Then I was told about Trudi at Ruoff! I called and talked to her. Told her our situation. She was very humble and explained everything that they could do, but never said to ditch 1stTry for Ruoff. She just simply laid out what they could do for us. After a day of thinking it over we switched and we are so glad we did! It was amazing having an agent that answered me within a day or 2. I only spoke to the 1stTry agent once on the phone and a few times in email in several months. I was leaving messages with there office help most of the time. That was not the case with Trudi! We felt like we mattered AND we got a better lending deal! I HIGHLY recommend Trudi with Ruoff.
