  Extremely displeased-I have used this service for over 10 years and have had great service-{Jolene-Seth- all the good folks at the library and senior center} the gal they have now does not return calls. I contacted her beginning of May-never returned my calls or e-mail until i let her know how frustrating it is to contact her. June she tells me im on the waiting list. I tried to contact her again three weeks ago through e-mail-called and left a message over a week ago ago-no response-If ur that busy-hire more help or TELL me u cant help me. Again i contacted her in May! Its August!

  Hi Tom, We understand your frustration: with all of the changes at the IRS and with the tax season we are feeling it too. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer minimal appointments outside of tax season, normally 15-30 from the end of the season until the end of September when returns can no longer be prepared. This year an overwhelming number of people chose not to seek service while we were fully staffed with volunteers; this has increased the number of appointments into the hundreds as we attempt to continue assisting as many people as we can. As you are probably aware having used our free tax service for over 10 years, the program is staffed by volunteers who work very hard and give us a considerable amount of their lives during the tax season: however, once the season is over we no longer have access to that labor pool and are reduced to a one staff program. During the off season our staff member has numerous other responsibilities to ensure the continued existence of the tax program the following year and fits in as many appointments as possible around all the other extensive behind the scenes tasks that go into successfully managing such a vital community service program. We know it has been very inconvenient for everyone this year and would love to be able to offer more assistance outside of tax season. Unfortunately, without additional volunteers who would be available April-September, we will continue to have limited availability for off-season appointments. We will get you scheduled as soon as we are able and look forward to helping you. In addition, if you or anyone you know would like to become an off season volunteer we would love to have you on board.

  I am so displeased with the way they are going with rdi when I first started with Samantha Haglund she was an awsome person who helped me every step of the way with getting rent payed not worrying about the debts I have except paying what was possible for them and now that these rude and can be good people at Rural Dynamics Inc. That took over and wait if people say give them a chance helo two going onto three years being with them as a loyal client that still wish that they would go back to their former glory as representative payee services.
