      I think my biggest complaint is the outdated restrooms and waiting area. Other than that I honestly have no complaints. Some customers would take issue to the fact they did not get timely updates but I still rated a ten for good reason. Marvin is constantly running around taking care of every customer and being the go between and I personally have no issue if that's the case. I have a problem if they are sitting not doing anything. Otherwise everyone here is amazing and the service and quality of the service is top notch and that is exactly why I will drive further to go here vs the shops that are much closer to

      Really bad customer service they are selling lemons . Went to look at a car and I was disappointed with how bad of a customer service they had and looked into a car I loved and it had a rebuilt tittle !! That's not safe at all I do not recommend this dealership to any one

      I would give zero stars if I could.. but have to leave atleast 1.So we bought our 2011 suburban from here. Well less than a month after having the truck, I am driving on the expressway and back drivers side tire come flying off, hits an oncoming car and made it so my truck was in shop for 10 day and had to have rear end redone. The shop said that it was caused by not having proper lugnuts on truck. So I went back to russ darrow and they said it's not their problem even though they sold us a vehicle that isn't safe to drive right now
