  What more can I say but thank you to Russell and team. Russell is extremely knowledgeable and always tries to find the best solution and deal that fits your family needs. As a first-time buyer we had loads of questions and Russell always made an effort to respond no matter the time of day and was very professional and patient with us.   Professional, without being pushy. After being hounded by Rocket Mortgage and A few others 5-6x a day - Russell was clear and to the point without any fluff. Was able to get us rates better than our personal banks, and doing all the paperwork submission online was very easy. Thank You
