      This is absolutely the worst place to do business. They are rude and if you’re a non member they will not help you until all members have been helped first. They will threaten to call the cops if you speak out against the policies. I will never utilize this bank for anything and would suggest others stray away less they be treated as less than. The manager told me the members have precedent and I would just have to wait. I Would give zero stars in that was possible.

      This is the WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION in Virginia. Wait times to speak with Customer Service is very long, It takes over 2 weeks to get a replacement debit card. You have to schedule an appointment to do any banking services with this Credit Union. They are not even part of a Shared Branch. DO NOT! and I Repeat DO NOT deal with RVA Financial unless you can stand to loose time and money.
