First time home buyer here! I went though a different company at first (not to be mentioned) and they gave a me a “decent” loan offer that I blindly took, I also didn’t loan shop. I was told by a friend it didn’t sound right and I was referred to K.C DeCesare specifically. From the first call I knew that I was put in good hands. He was confident that I could have a better loan approval and he and his team specialize in VA loans as well. K.C. explained the whole process with me and kept me in the loop from day one. This is the go to guy for a home loan hands down. I will rarely refer anyone but K.C. is the true definition of a professional. You’ll know what I’m talking about after you make your fist call with him. I cannot thank him and the RWM Home Loan team enough!
