      Jeff was very responsive and attentive. He mediated a couple issues with under writing and I truly felt he was the Captain for my team. Couple of personal topics came up that we did not want to disclose and he navigated in a professional manner to protect interest of the lender, yet always made me feel comfortable with the process. I have no background in the Mortgage/Lending field and Jeff was a real leader in guiding my family thru this. I now have a go to guy and a friend!
