  Ryan is incredibly responsive, thorough, and great at making sure you as a buyer understand the process you're in when buying a house. We came straight back to Ryan when we were ready to move from our first home, which he had worked with us to purchase 6 years ago...we didn't even bother looking for another lender because we were confident in and comfortable with Ryan.

  Ryan helped me finance my house purchase in 2015. It was super easy and straight forward process from the start. I just closed on a refinance and Ryan helped me again. It was a great experience. Awesome communication. His team is wonderful to work with. I recommeneded him to eveyrone where I work. I shopped around first at some of the other companies and I felt like I was getting a run around or that my business did not matter. One call to Ryan and he jumped right on it. I felt like my business mattered and I was more than a $$$ to him. I sent Ryan a text message at 630pm on Saturday not expecting a response until Monday and I had a reply back in minutes. He knew where we were in the process and was able to answer my question probably without looking at any of my info. I doubt anyone at these big companies would be able to give that kind of service especially on the weekend. If you are shopping for a mortgage or a refinance, I would encourage anyone reading this to let Ryan and his team to take care of all your needs. Thanks again, Dave
