Never ending process, with nothing but excuses. Not responsive in a timely manner. I was communicated one thing and then days later told a different story, numerous times. This process was filled with nothing other than poor communication and disappointments. He did not come through in the end and passed the buck to one of his colleagues. She is a scammer also like this so called loan officer. I would never recommend him to anyone. Nothing but a very horrible experience.
